  • Amaryllis House

Amaryllis House is a permanent and respite residential service supporting people with Huntington’s and their families. It was opened in Lower Hutt in 2004.

  • About Huntington's

Huntington’s is referred to as a disease of families/whanau. In many families, more than one member may have Huntington’s at the same time and many members are at risk of developing the disease. Every member is affected emotionally, financially and socially and all family members need support, advice & care.

  • Get Involved

We currently need new committee members. This involves attending three committee meetings a year via Teams or Zoom. If you have great ideas for improving our services to the Huntington community, please join us. Contact the Treasurer @ treasurer.wellinbgtonhda@gmail.com for more information.
