Over the past ten years I have had the great privilege of meeting with many individuals and families whose lives have been affected by Huntington's Disease.

During this time I have so often been overwhelmed by the dignity, courage, resourcefulness, creativity, humour, love and the enormous strength and depth of the human spirit among families and individuals, despite the many losses and challenges they face in their daily lives.

The generosity, with which families give to research in so many ways, is incredible.

I just wanted to take this opportunity in this rather special 100th edition, to thank you all for your generosity and to acknowledge and celebrate all that you do so well to enhance the quality of your lives and the lives of those you love.
